Design fees are per design (not per item) & are kept on file for future use

Quotes expire after 30 days

Lead times vary - Typically 2 weeks (rush orders available for additional charge)

Payment required in full before work begins

Design fees and custom items non-refundable

Design changes limited to two sets (a set is considered a full list of changes followed by a new mock-up)

Further changes are $75/hr. Fee is divided if full hour not used (i.e. 10 minutes = $12.50)

Portrait design work is done by hand - I do not rearrange/edit photos. All major edits/photoshop must be done prior to submitting artwork.
